Topped with hand dyed organic bamboo velour and has 2 layer of super heavy organic bamboo fleece (1000 gsm) for the core and softshell fleece backing There are plastic kam snaps on the wings to give you a tight and secure fit. There is a tag on the wing with the absorbency printed so you never have to guess again!
